WINE TASTINGS
Galer Estate's tasting room is located in the heart of the Brandywine Valley, Chester County, Pennsylvania, just behind the world famous Longwood Gardens.

Wine tastings are Friday & Saturday 12-8pm and Sunday 12-7pm.
Reservations are no longer accepted - walk-ins are welcome for groups of 6 or less. Larger groups should email info@galerestate.com at least two weeks ahead to plan a visit.
Wine tastings are $15 per person, each consisting of four 1 oz pours.
The wine glasses (stem and stemless) are available for purchase. They are not complimentary with the tasting.
We welcome you to bring any additional food pairings.
The design of the winery is a mixture of style and function, using state of the art equipment, engineered gravity flow and an open floor design. This functionality is encompassed within an artistic setting of old-world architectural elements, stained glass, paintings, repurposed barnwood, marble and iron fencing. Most of the aesthetic touches come from other places-- the marble on the tasting bar comes from the steps of Independence Hall, the 1890s deck doors come from an east coast bank, the pediment comes from a mansion in New York, and much of the wood used in construction the winery is from the trees that were felled to create the Home Vineyard. The aesthetics of the winery are all in the wonderful details; everything has a story, just like the wine.
Indoor and outdoor seating is available seasonally. The main deck overlooks the beautiful Red Lion Chardonnay Vineyard, and in the colder months the tasting room moves to the cozy Red Lion Tasting Room, with a stone fireplace and hand hewn timber ceiling.
Outside alcohol, pets, and guests under 21 are not permitted on Galer Estate property.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate buses, limos or vans.
